Villa Naya is 123 square meters in size and is laid out over two levels. The ground floor is set out with an open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen with sit down island and large sliding doors filling the space with natural light and creating an indoor-outdoor experience like no other. Additionally on the ground level of the villa is a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a luxury of a private balcony to soak up the mountain and sea views.
Via an internal staircase you move down to the lower level of Villa Naya where you will find the other three bedrooms. There are two twin bedrooms both with private access to the outdoor deck area. The double bedroom on the lower level consists of an en-suite bathroom, also giving you direct access to the outdoor deck area. In the hallway of the lower ground level is a family bathroom.

Running along the front of the ground level of the villa, is the main outdoor terrace of Villa Naya in Lefkada featuring a private pool with sea and mountain views. To one side of the house away from the pool is a fully equipped BBQ area with views of Dessimi Bay in the background. Around the private pool there is range of seating options, with sunbeds to soak up the Greek sun.
The standout feature of the outdoor area are the large metal columns and wooden beams of the pergola, creating a unique and stylish design which with the movement of the sun creates shade to give you those little corners to lay back and read your latest novel. Additionally, the villa provides private parking. All in all, Villa Naya gives you everything and more of what you expect from a Greek Villa Holiday.

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
