Villa Luca in Lefkada offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
Villa Luca is 127 square meters in size and is laid out over two levels. The ground floor is set out with an open plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful wooden knight’s table and large sliding doors filling the space with natural light and creating an indoor-outdoor experience like no other. Additionally, on the ground level of the villa is a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with the luxury of a private balcony to soak up the mountain and sea views.
Via an internal staircase you move down to the lower level of Villa Luca where you will find the other three bedrooms. There are two twin bedrooms both with private access to the outdoor deck area. The double bedroom on the lower level consists of an ensuite bathroom, also giving you direct access to the outdoor deck area. In the hallway of the lower ground level is a family bathroom to be shared by the twin bedrooms.

Running along the front of the ground level of the villa, is the main outdoor terrace of Villa Luca in Lefkada.
Featuring, is the private pool with sea and mountain views. To one side of the house away from the pool is a fully equipped BBQ area with views of Desimi Bay in the background. Around the private pool there is range of seating options, with sun loungers to soak up the Greek sun.
The standout feature of the outdoor area are the large metal columns and wooden beams of the pergola, creating a unique and stylish design which with the movement of the sun creates shade to give you those little corners to lay back and read your latest novel.

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
