The accommodation of Villa Oikos Sivota is spread over two levels connected via internal staircase. Upon entering, you are taken back by the spacious modern chic minimal design concept. This space breathes summer with its floor to ceiling window sliding doors, creating a luminous atmosphere integrating into an indoor-outdoor experience, with the free-flowing ground floor living space of the lounge, dining, and kitchen areas into one. The lounge setting converts into a double sofa bed for two additional guests. On your right-hand side, right next to the entrance, one will find a single bedroom with a private balcony and a bath with a shower for the bedroom and the guests in the living room. Moving further down and on the other side of the living room, there is a second twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower and access to the main, spacious balcony that offers breathtaking Ionian Sea view.
The stand-out staircase leads to the two upper-level spacious bedrooms. The first one is a room with a single bed, a balcony, and a bathroom with shower, whereas the second one is a master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower and access to the spacious balcony that oversees the Ionian Archipelagos. To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request)
