Right across the living area is the fully equipped kitchen for every meal of the day. There is also a bathroom with shower on the ground floor for your convenience.
Up the internal staircase is the open double bedroom offering stunning sea views over the endless Ionian Sea. There is an additional bathroom with shower ensuite to the bedroom for extra privacy.

To finalise your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
