Indoor Area
Upon entering Villa Perseids, you come into the large living space which on one end is a fully equipped kitchen and on the front end is the lounge area that fills with natural light and has direct access to the private pool area. Also on this level is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The living space is equipped with a double sofa bed for two additional guests.
Via internal staircase we move up to the first level of Villa Perseids where you will find the master bedroom along with a family bathroom and a private balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom. The luxury of the master bedroom is the private balcony overlooking the pool area and across the Ionian Sea with Lefkada and Paxos as a backdrop.
Outdoor Area
Villa Perseids in Preveza boasts an outdoor area comprising of endless options for both adults and children. There are several seating options to soak up the Greek sun or have an afternoon siesta under the shade of a pergola covering the outdoor dining setting. The outdoor designer furniture received awards in the most prestigious design competitions in the world, besides being state-of-the-art, are also environmentally friendly and contributing to create a better world.
The outdoor fully equipped BBQ will add to your alfresco moments in the evening. Sunbreaks as a traditional resource in Mediterranean architecture are used to create ventilated walls and shaded partitions in outdoor space, they separate environments and create a sense of intimacy.

Payment
To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
