Indoor Area
Upon entering Villa Unique, you come into the large living space which will take you away with its indoor-outdoor synergy created from the floor-to-ceiling window sliding doors. The space in front of you consists of a spacious kitchen with dining island and a spacious lounge area. The selective furniture oozing luxury and comfort adds to the one-of-a-kind character of Villa Unique. At the far end of the ground floor level is the first of the four bedrooms. The bedroom consists of a double bed and the convenience of an ensuite bathroom. All this space has direct access to the outdoor area of Villa Unique.
Via the internal staircase you are led to the lower level of Villa Unique which is the space that children love to call their own. This very spacious room is filled with a luxurious large lounge setting and the fun of an entertainment system.
Via the internal staircase again from the ground level, you come to the upper level where you will find the other three bedrooms all convenient with ensuite bathrooms. Starting from the left of the hallway are two bedrooms, with the first furnished with a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom acting as the twin bedroom, preferably for children. The last of the three bedrooms to the right of the hallway acts as the master bedroom. Every morning all three bedrooms are filled with the beauty of the Greek sunrise coming through the window sliding doors across the crystal blue waters of the Ionian Archipelagos.

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
