The accommodation at Villa Sigma is all 160sqm spread across one level offering one of the most spacious all day living and outdoor areas for up to 4 guests between two bedroom sleeping spaces across our entire portfolio.
The design centres around the beauty of simplicity with an indoor-outdoor synergy filling the space through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, filling the indoors with natural light and giving you crystal blue views from every corner as you would expect when choosing your Luxury Villa in Greece. The fully equipped kitchen and large living room provide plenty of space for shared meals and relaxation from sunrise to sunset.
The villa offers two spacious bedrooms, with king-size beds and each having its own en-suite bathroom with shower. Elegant oak flooring runs throughout, while modern furnishings and premium mattresses ensure complete comfort.

Payment
To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).

Within walking distance (30 minutes) of Sivota village on the Ionian Island of Lefkada. Villa Sigma is perched on the mountain side overlooking the bay. The position of this private accommodation gives you complete privacy and some of the most amazing views across the Ionian Sea.
The fishing village of Sivota is stunning with its taverns, café/bars and boutique stores lined all around the seafront of the natural bay. In the evening there is nothing more Greek than sitting by the water and enjoying fresh fish and seafood that has been caught by the local fishermen.
