Villa Roya in Sivota Lefkada is perched up on the mountain side of the picturesque fishing village of Sivota. Every detail from the furniture to the interior design has been designed for your comfort. It’s the perfect luxury villa for your next holiday to the Ionian Island of Lefkada.
Indoor Area
Upon entering Villa Roya, you come into the large living space which on one end has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining island and on the other end is a very spacious lounge area with an entertainment system and surround sound. This space has the summer feel of natural light coming through the large sliding windows which offer access to the outdoor pool area.
Through the ground floor hallway are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Additionally on the ground level is a WC for extra guests and a laundry room with washing machine.
Via internal staircase we move up to the first level of the villa where you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom leads to the very spacious balcony with seating options which can also be reached by an external staircase to be used by all guests during anytime of the day.
Outdoor Area
Villa Roya in Sivota Lefkada, boasts an outdoor dining setting perfect for summer evenings and private infinity pool. The sunbeds will offer irresistible temptation to lounge around all day soaking up the summer Greek sun. You may also want to have an afternoon siesta under the shade of the pergola after some lunch at the dining table under the large umbrella. The fully equipped BBQ will add to your alfresco moments in the evening with magical views of Sivota Bay and the luxurious yachts which more there on summer evenings while their owners are enjoying a nice evening at a Greek taverna in town.

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
