Entering Villa Olia in Vasiliki Lefkada, you walk into the large open-plan living space that consists of a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious dining setting and a spacious lounge area with a well sized smart tv for entertainment. This space fills with natural light through the front window sliding doors that give you direct access to the outdoor pool area.

Additionally, on the ground level are three of the six bedrooms that Villa Olia offers. On the left-hand wing is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and direct access to the outer grounds. On the right-hand wing of the ground level are two bedrooms with the first facing the outdoor area giving you direct access and the other towards the rear but both consisting of ensuite bathrooms.

Up the stairs, on the first level, are three double bedrooms. The one-bedroom acts as the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The other two also consist of double beds with a large family bathroom with shower to be shared.

Payment
To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
