Villa Arenaria in Chortata Lefkada is split into two levels. Upon entering the main entrance on the ground level, you will come into the main living space. In this space, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge room. The lounge in the case that you have children can be converted into a double sofa bed. Additionally on this level of the house is the bathroom with a shower. Through traditional window panel doors, you have direct access to the private pool area and front balcony which you will cherish all day long.
Via the internal staircase from the ground level of Villa Arenaria, you move to the master bedroom. The master bedroom is very spacious with a high ceiling with features wooden beams. The wooden railing running across the front of the bedroom also gives you views over the living space.

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
