Upon entering Villa Alkistis, you come into the large living space with high ceilings which on one end is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining setting and a spacious lounge and dining setting. On the other end of the ground level is a very spacious double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower. This space fills with natural lights through its glass window panel doors which also give you access to the private pool area.
Via internal staircase we move up to the first level of the Villa Alkistis where you will find the other two of the three bedrooms. There is an attic style double bedroom with wooden ceiling beams. Also on the upper level is another double bedroom with a private balcony with views of the mountain ranges of Apolpena. Additionally on this level for the convenience of both bedrooms is a family bathroom with shower.

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
