Villa Sky in the village of Sivota on the majestic island of Lefkada, is a newly built, luxurious, and stunning villa that has been designed to the highest standard.
Upon entering through a stone built outdoor doorway you enter the main indoor open plan living area. In this space is the large lounge/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. This space is filled with natural light through the wall to ceiling sliding window doors that give you direct access to the outdoor private pool area. Additionally on the ground level are two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms which also have the comfort of stepping out to the outdoor area of Villa Sky.
Via internal staircase we move up into the loft style space which consists of twin beds and family bathroom. Additionally in this space is a lounge with the entertainment of a second Smart TV preferably for the children to feel at home. The sofa also converts into a double sofa bed for two additional guests.
Alfresco life at Villa Sky in Sivota Lefkada has many positive outdoor features for everyone to have their own personal space for every time of the day. Additionally, the luxury of an outdoor BBQ, a stunning teak table, seating 8, completes the perfect outdoor dining experience.
Large teak sun loungers and cushions surround a beautiful swimming pool. Beyond is the beautifully landscaped surroundings and endless views of the Ionian Archipelagos with the islands of Atokos and Meganisi in the background.
Villa Sky in Sivota on the Ionian Island of Lefkada is perched on the mountain side overlooking the bay of Sivota. The position of this private accommodation gives you complete privacy and some of the most amazing views across the Ionian Sea.
The fishing village of Sivota is stunning with its taverns, café/bars and boutique stores lined all around the seafront of the natural bay. In the evening there is nothing more Greek than sitting by the water and enjoying fresh fish and seafood that has been caught by the local fishermen.
The beaches of Ammouso and Afteli are only a 20-minute drive from Villa Sky and in the months of May, July, September, and October offer a more relaxed and peaceful atmosphere compared to Lefkada’s more popular beaches.

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request)
