The entrance to Villa Ioulia is unique as through its cave style design you enter through a naturally built rear hallway tunnel. Upon entering the villa, you walk into the open plan living area, which through its large window panel doors will leave you mesmerized immediately with the private pool, Ionian Sea and natural light filling the entire space. The living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining setting, lounge area with direct access to the private pool area. The lounge sofa has the option of being converted into a double sofa bed, ideally for a family with two children.
On this same level, as an independent space, is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower. The bedroom area is equipped with the highest of luxury and comfort. The sliding glass doors will have you waking up in the morning to the endless crystal blue waters of the Ionian Archipelagos and the morning Greek summer sunlight.

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
