Villa Giulia has a main entrance from the rear of the villa from the private parking area. Upon entering you will be amazed by the open plan living area consisting of a dining setting, lounge area and fully equipped kitchen. At the front of the living space are large window sliding doors that fill the space with natural light and access to a private balcony with sea views over Karvouno beach and Corfu in the distance.

On the upper level via the internal staircase, you will find the master bedroom of Villa Giulia with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The master bedroom is exactly that with a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, staring out at the yachts taking off to explore the Ionian Archipelagos.

The lower level of Villa Giulia which is also accessed through the main entrance via internal staircase leads to an independent apartment with an open plan living area. To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
