Villa Empeiria in the village of Paleros, is a newly built, luxurious villa and has been designed to the highest level. Upon entering the villa on the ground floor level on your right hand is the lounge area with its detailed boho design features and the synergy of an indoor/outdoor experience. The natural light of the Greek sun fills the space through the floor to ceiling sliding doors that also give you the convenience of access to the outdoor pool area.
Going back to the left-hand side of the entrance is the open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining setting. Its feature of windows facing the pool area filling the space with natural light and the blue of the Ionian Sea makes cooking up Greek delicacies an amazing experience. Also in this space is a washroom with WC, for convenience for all guests throughout the course of the day.
Further down through a long stretch hallway and a cave style interior design experience are three bedrooms. The two first bedrooms act as twin bedrooms with the option of converting them into double beds. Both these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower but no WC. The washroom with WC in the hallway of the bedrooms is shared by all bedrooms as well as the washroom with WC in the kitchen area. Additionally, these bedrooms have tall glass sliding doors to remind you every morning that you are in Greece with direct access to the luxurious outdoor area. Finally the third bedroom at the end of the hallway acts as the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and direct access to the outdoor dining setting which you will find is the best place for your morning coffee during your stay.

Apart from the private pool with luxurious sun loungers and cushions, Villa Empeiria boasts an amazing outdoor lounge area to sit back and even get into the Greek way of life with an afternoon siesta, taking a break from the sun with a little shade. The late afternoon and evening outdoor living moves to the fully equipped BBQ and traditional pizza oven that is equipped with a hand-made dining setting and stools to enjoy a family get together with the Greek Ionian Sunset as a backdrop.

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
