Ground Level

Villa Pelagia is split over three levels. Upon entering the main entrance on the middle ground level, you will be amazed by the open living and dining space filled with natural light and the blue of the Ionian Sea coming through the sliding doors that lead out to the outdoor lounge setting that is the perfect place for an evening glass of wine.The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and stunning sea views to make cooking so much more than just cooking at home.

Upper Level

Up the interior marble staircase are two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom, both luxurious and comfortable, dressed in the most pristine bed linens. The larger bedroom has an ensuite bathroom is equipped with a bath-tub and shower, and the second bedroom also has the convenience of an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The two upper bedrooms both have direct access through individual balcony sliding doors. The spacious balcony is the perfect space for your morning coffee to soak up the early morning sunrise spreading across the crystal blue waters of the Ionian Archipelagos

Lower Level

The lower-level apartment opens onto the pool and is ideal as a guest house or a perfect space for a separate family but usually is favoured by children to have their own privacy away from parents. In addition to the two bedrooms, with one being a double and one a twin, it has a second, fully-equipped kitchen, dining space for six, a lounge area and a shared family bathroom with a separate tub and shower.

Villa Pelagia is everything and more you would expect from your next Villa in Greece. The spacious outdoor area boats a private pool, outdoor dining and the highlight of Villa Pelagia, the outdoor bar setting to enjoy the experience of an in-villa Greek Chef experience.
Alfresco life at Villa Pelagia is all about slow-living and complete peace of mind with everyone having a choice of either soaking up the rays of the Greek summer sun, grabbing some shade for a Greek afternoon siesta and closing the evening with bbq dining under the clear night sky and views of the night lights of Nikiana Bay.

Payment 

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
