Villa Mimoza consists of five independent Guest Villas and a Main Villa where everyone meets in the morning to either get ready for a day lazing around the pool area or across the Ionian on a private chartered sailing cruise. The commonly used main villa consists of a stunning huge living area, a TV-room, a second living room, a beautiful aristocratic dining room, two bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen that covers your every need. This entire accommodation has endless views across the bay of Nidri and beyond. There are five 170sqm Guest Villas on the property that are positioned in a way that will give you absolute privacy amongst each other.
The Guest Villas all consist of a large living room which centres between two separate double bedrooms with en-suite luxury bathrooms. The luxury ensuite bathrooms have a bath, separate shower and WC area. One of these five Guest Villas acts as the Master Villa which no words can describe but just a piece of architectural art with a private pool, walk in closet, luxury bathroom and an office. This is preferred as the Bridal Accommodation when Weddings are considered at Villa Mimoza.

Alfresco living at Villa Mimoza spreads across the entire property with terraces in every corner with Ionian Sea views. A fabulously curvaceous infinity pool with a beach effect end incorporates an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area on a one-of-a-kind island with bridge surrounded by running water from the pool. The ample areas surrounding the pool area are ideal for sunbathing, relaxation and even meditation. Views take in every colour of the Ionian Sea but also the refreshing green mountainous regions of Lefkada. The two golf carts are all the fun you can imagine to get around the property during the middle of the day when that Greek Summer sun is out in all its beauty. To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement.
