Indoor Area

When you enter Villa Katia, you walk into the open living space which consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining setting, and a spacious lounge area. The traditional high beam ceiling and the glass window doors fill the space with natural light with direct access to the outdoor private pool area. Through the hallway you will come to the two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the convenience of family bathroom with shower directly across the hallway. The second bedroom at the end of the hallway is equipped with two single bed acting as the twin bedroom and the the convenience of an en-suite bathroom with shower. These two spaces also have direct access to the outdoor private pool area.

Alfresco life at Villa Katia in Lefkada, is set up for everyone to either soak up the Greek sun or experience a Greek afternoon siesta around the private pool and its stunning Ionian Archipelagos views. The outdoor area of Villa Katia offers sun loungers, an outdoor lounge setting, of course a stone-built traditional BBQ and outdoor dining area for a Greek culinary experience with our in-villa chef service.

Villa Katia is Located on the East Coast of Lefkada, just a Short Walk from the Charming Village of Katouna

Within walking distance of Katouna village on the Ionian Island of Lefkada. Villa Katia is perched on the mountain side overlooking the bay. The position of this private accommodation gives you complete privacy and some of the most amazing views across the Ionian Sea. Finally, you are within can easily walk into the village of Katouna.

The village of Katouna is stunning with its taverns, and café/bars.

Lefkada Town is a short drive from the property, giving you the opportunity to get amongst the locals and experiencing the Greek way of life. Saturday morning we are off to the local farmers market to get all our ingredients for our Greek lunch and before heading out in the late afternoon for our walk in the pedestrian strip and a cocktail in the main town square, the middle of the day is reserved for our Greek afternoon siesta.

The beaches of Agios Ioannis, Nikiana and Episkopos are only a short drive away from Villa Manos. Villa Manos in the months of May, June, September, and October offer a more relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.
