Villa Eliandreia in Kalamitsi Lefkada is spread over 3 levels and features high ceilings with traditional wooden beams and luxurious design features spread throughout. The entire accommodation is also designed as two independent houses with two separate entrances giving everyone privacy and comfort.
Through the one entrance, the ground floor consists of an open space with fully equipped kitchen, lounge area and dining setting. This space has direct access to the outdoor grounds of Villa Eliandreia. Via internal staircase leading to the lower level are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
On the right side of the building is another entrance that leads to the second open living area which consists of a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, and dining setting. This also leads out the two private pool areas. On this same level is an independent double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Via internal staircase leading to the lower level are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The one bedroom also has a double sofa bed for two additional guests.
On the upper level of Villa Eliandreia on the one wing are three independent double bedrooms with the comfort of en-suite bathrooms. On the opposite wing is the master bedroom of the entire accommodation consisting of a lounge and private outdoor jacuzzi which can also be used by all guests.

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement.
