Indoor Area
Villa Casa Azul is laid out over 3 floors with the main entrance being on the first floor. Entering the accommodation you walk into the large living area with the open plan kitchen, dining setting, and family bathroom. The front of this open-plan living space leads to the spacious veranda which gives you the option of a dining setting overlooking the village of Agios Nikitas and the endless blue waters of the Ionian Archipelagos.
Up the internal staircase are two bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. You have access from here to the second veranda also offering great sea views. From here up one more staircase is the attic-style bedroom offering a double bed and a single bed. This room is for children as the ceiling is lower.
The lower ground level of Villa Casa Azul is connected to the main house with an external staircase. This floor is completely independent offering a double bedroom, large living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a family bathroom. This space has the convenience of being on the same level as the outdoor area and private pool.

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
