Indoor Area
Villa Olivia consists of four levels. The main entrance is located on the upper ground floor, where guests walk into a spacious living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The lower ground floor accommodates one double bedroom with an ensuite bath, and a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden. On the upper floor, one can find the third bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony.
The semi-basement offers a recreational area equipped with a smart TV and a billiard table. Additionally, washing and ironing facilities are also located in this space.
Outdoor Area
Alfresco living at Olivia is all about the private pool area and its spacious outdoor grounds with lush green grass. The setting couldn’t be more peaceful and relaxing with comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor dining setting. The outdoor area also consists of a fully equipped BBQ where we will be able to organize our Private Chef to come out for you in the evening to cook up a Greek feast.
All in all, every corner of the outdoor area of Villa Olivia will offer you stunning Ionian Archipelagos Sea views, a corner for everyone to have a moment but more importantly, enough space to enjoy your Lefkada getaway with your loved ones.

Payment
To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
