Villa Fortuna sits above the seaside village of Nikiana, with spectacular views of the Ionian Sea from almost every room in the house. It is ideally located, 44 minutes’ drive from Preveza Airport with easy access to pristine beaches, tavernas, bakeries, cafes, beach clubs, markets and the marinas. The villa offers luxury accommodation for up to nine guests and glorious outdoor spaces for alfresco living. It has outdoor dining for 12 next to a large (35 meter) pool with ample sunbeds, as well as separate pergola and garden areas for lounging, yoga, or viewing the sunset. Fully refurbished in 2023, the villa is solar-powered for a carbon-neutral vacation. It has quiet, powerful air conditioning and blazing-fast Wifi – a rarity on Lefkada.

The villa has two units. The upper house has two levels and accommodates two couples. It has an open living and dining area lets out onto a balcony with unobstructed views of the sea, a gourmet kitchen, a powderoom, and a laundry room. The upper level has two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The lower level of the villa is a separate two-bedroom apartment that offers privacy for a separate family or two couples. It has a large one bedroom with a sea view and queen-sized bed, and one double room with a pool view. It has a separate fully-equipped kitchen, a family bathroom with tub and shower, and a living room with a sofa that can sleep one more person, for a total of five guests.
Upper Level
On entering Villa Fortuna, you’ll be greeted by an unobstructed sea view from the main dining room with a walk-out balcony for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and stunning views while you prepare meals.
Up the interior marble staircase are two bedrooms, each with new Sealy queen-sized beds and luxury linens. The larger bedroom has an ensuite bath with tub and shower, the smaller bedroom has a shower.
The two upper bedrooms let out to a large seaside balcony, perfect for enjoying the sun rise over the sea or an evening glass of wine.
The larger upstairs bedroom also has a separate balcony with a mountian view. The larger bedroom also has a large bathtub as well as a shower.
Lower Level
The lower-level apartment opens onto the pool and is ideal as a guest house or a perfect space for a separate family, children or adults to have their own privacy. It has a second, fully-equipped kitchen, dining space for six, a lounge area and a shared family bathroom with a separate tub and shower.
Outdoor Area
Villa Fortuna is loved for its breathtaking views and spacious grounds. The large private pool is surrounded by sun loungers to soak up the Greek summer sun. It also has an outdoor living room with a sofa and two chairs, as well as dining for up to 12 family members and friends.
The villa also has a separate, private shaded and curtained pergola for yoga, dining or lounging while enjoying the view.
Below is a serpentine garden with a lemon tree, flowering shrubs and plenty of private areas for reading, painting or meditation.

Payment
To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
