With the recent announcement of Green Passports from Israel being free to travel to Greece, we now see light at the end of the tunnel for all our guests from all over the world in 2021 and 2022. Always, firstly having you, our guests in mind, we are always one step ahead and have introduced our Travel Restrictions Guarantee program, to give you complete ‘Peace of Mind’.
Firstly, we will contact you 6 weeks prior to your arrival date in order to check if you are able to travel regarding the restrictions of Covid-19 in your own country and Greece. If you cannot travel you can choose to transfer your booking to a later date in 2021 or you can choose to go for a WhatsOnGreece.com Travel Voucher for 2022 through our Travel Restrictions Guarantee
Secondly, we will contact you again one week prior to your arrival date if there is still a Travel Destination Covid-19 restriction in place. At this phase we will offer you a WhatsOnGreece.com Travel Voucher for the full amount of your payment, which you can put towards for a future booking up to 2023.
For complete ‘Peace of Mind’ we suggest you take out Travel Insurance at the time of your reservation for flights and accommodation. In case of you or a member of your family cannot then travel due to Covid-19 restrictions, you can recover the costs of your trip from your Insurance Company, which many now have put this into place for traveler’s all around the world.

Extra deep cleaning measures
We would like to inform you that we apply strict cleaning protocols for all of our villas, also we offer to our guests the choice of increased or reduced cleaning throughout your stay, depending on your preference. All of our cleaning staff will follow all safety protocols as directed by local authorities (disposable gloves, face masks and aprons) and wear closed shoes when cleaning villas, with extra cleaning in areas such as bathroom, kitchen, remote controls, key pads, and switches, key safes and key boxes.
Digital Villa Specialists
Our villa specialists will follow all the rules of physical distancing, and we can provide you lockbox key collection at the property and guest passports and IDs collected online pre-stay. We can arrange a virtual welcome using a WhatsApp video call with one of our team members. If you still wish for the personal visit, our team will be wearing facemasks, whilst adhering to social distancing measures.
Online Grocery Order & Delivery Service
Lastly but very important to our guests, our villas will be offering online grocery orders and delivery services, meaning you can have your supermarket items and food delivered, rather than visiting the grocery store yourself. Please ask our Luxury Experiences Manager once you have a reservation for more details.
