Ground Level

The traditionally designed, Villa Votsalo in Sivota Lefkada is split over 2 separate buildings, making it a very unique layout. The main house of the villa is separated over two levels. Entering the main house you walk into the ground level which leads into a bright, open-plan living and dining area and kitchen with windows looking out over the pool area, sea and the neighboring islands. On this level of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining table with all the amenities to plan every meal of the day. The lounge area is decorated with soothing and comfortable furnishings to mix with the colors of the surrounding countryside. Additionally on this level there is a family bathroom with shower. The ground level of the house leads out to the outdoor pool area making for an indoor-outdoor experience all day and night long.

Upper Level

Via the internal staircase you move up to the first level of the house where there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower and twin basins for the convenience of everyone. The one bedroom is equipped with a double bed, ideally for couples and the other bedroom acts as a twin bedroom for children. The bedrooms with their windows facing the sea end of the property fill with natural light and glimpses of the sailing boats sweeping across the Ionian Sea. The entire interior of the house and every room is equipped with air-conditioning for those warm Greek Summer days. The master bedroom of Villa Votsalo is accessed from an outdoor staircase from the outdoor area of the main house just underneath the pool area. It is a separate building with its own outdoor seating area with sea views. It’s a very spacious area with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The beauty of this master bedroom is its large front facing window which acts as your entertainment day and night, with panoramic sea views.

Outdoor Area

Alfresco life at this amazing villa is everything you could dream of when dreaming up a Greek Villa Holiday. The main focal point of the outdoor area is the infinity pool and the pergola with the outdoor setting. There are plenty of seating areas around the pool and additionally a fully equipped BBQ. Last but not least is that staying at Villa Votsalo gives you the luxury of walking down to the seafront area of the complex which in-front of the sea there is a sunbathing platform for all the villas with sun-beds and seating areas to either soak up the Greek Sun or sit back and read your latest novel with background sound of the Greek Sea.
