Spread over one ground level Villa Petalouda consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upon entering the accommodation, you walk into the main open living area which consists of a dining setting and a fully equipped kitchen. To the other end is the spacious lounge area that fills with natural light through its window panel doors that lead out to the private pool area.
Through the living area is the main bedroom which consists of an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor area. The other two bedrooms also with ensuite bathrooms are located upon entering the house with the one at the front giving you direct access to the pool area and the second at the rear of the house giving you sea views through its floor-to-ceiling window panel doors.

To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 30%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the Rental Agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via Wire Transfer or Online Credit Card (Upon Request).
